If you want to join the Lit Chicks:

We try to keep our membership at 12 women, so that everyone has the opportunity to choose a book, lead the discussion, and host book club once a year.

If you are interested in joining the NoVA Lit Chicks, please send email us at novalitchicks@outlook.com and tell us about yourself! 

• Are you new to NoVA?  How long have you lived here?  Where are you from?  
• What sort of books do you like to read?  
• What are looking to get out of joining a book club?  Have you ever been in a book club before?
• We meet in Arlington, Alexandria, and Fairfax County.  Not every location is Metro accessible, does this work for you? 

We will review your request and contact you regarding membership status. Sometimes we do have a waiting list for membership.  We ask new members to try to come to at least the first two of three meetings they are invited to.  Once a member has come to their first three meetings, they are eligible to nominate books/host in our quarterly book selection process.

If you want the Lit Chicks to read your book:

If you have a book you would like the Lit Chicks to consider reading, please contact us at novalitchicks@outlook.com and we can see what we can arrange.  While we may not choose it as a club selection, we may have members who will read and review your book on their own.  We may even get a member to review it for this site.
